A family locator for people who read the privacy policy.

Family location, without the data for sale.

Real-time location, daily journey recaps, and AI anomaly checks, all for €3 a month. Your data stays in the EU or US, and we never sell it to anyone.

You're on the list. We'll email you when Pilot Orca launches.

Where your data is stored, matched to where you live

We don't sell your data. That's the whole model.

Most free and low-cost location apps pay for themselves by sharing data with advertisers and brokers. Pilot Orca doesn't. The €3 you pay each month is the entire business.

  • No data brokers, ever

We don't have a data-sales business line. There's nothing to sell, to anyone, at any price.

  • Your data stays close to home

EU accounts are stored on EU infrastructure, US accounts on US infrastructure, in line with GDPR and CCPA.

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest

Location pings are encrypted the moment they leave a phone, and encrypted again in storage.

  • One policy, no surprise changes

A privacy policy you can actually read, and we'll tell you directly if it ever changes.

  • You stay in control

Export or permanently delete your family's data whenever you want, directly from the app, no support ticket required.

Less "where are you," more actually together.

Pilot Orca isn't about watching over your family. It's about the small relief of knowing everyone's okay, so the rest of your day can just be your day.

Built around one day at a time

Not just a dot on a map. A clear picture of how everyone's day actually went.

See where everyone is, right now

A live view of your family circle, updated the moment it matters, not a 20-minute-old guess.

A short recap of everyone's day

Each evening, Pilot Orca turns the day's movement into a short, readable summary: where, when, and for how long, instead of a raw trail of GPS points.

When something looks different, ask why

Pilot Orca learns everyday patterns and flags what breaks them. Tap a flagged moment and ask Orca directly, and it walks back through the signals and explains what it saw.

Built to last all day without draining the phone

Location checks step up when someone's moving and ease off when they're not, so the battery lasts instead of running down by lunchtime.

Keep a history, if you want one

Turn on history for any family member and Pilot Orca saves their location over time, not just today. It's opt-in, encrypted, and yours to delete whenever you like, and it's what lets Orca compare this month to last month instead of just today to yesterday.

Geofencing, SOS, and crash detection, included

Set up to 60 geofences across your circle, up to 6 per device, so you hear about school pickup, work arrival, or a parent's house without having to ask. SOS alerts and crash detection ride along in the same €3, not sold as a separate add-on.

Pilot Orca€3 / $3 per month
Life360 (Silver to Platinum)$7.99 to $24.99 per month
GeoZilla (Premium)$19.99 per month

Life360 and GeoZilla prices are their publicly listed US plans as of October 2026, shown for comparison. We don't control their pricing and it may have changed since.

Ask Orca what happened

Every flagged moment can be questioned in plain language. Orca looks back through that device's own route, speed, and motion signals, not a generic guess, and explains what it found. Each person gets up to 10 of these ad hoc checks a day, included in the €3.

Example conversation
Why did Jordan's phone show no movement from 2 to 5pm?
Jordan's phone stayed at Lincoln Library from 2:04 to 4:52pm. Motion sensors show a stationary pattern consistent with being indoors: no signal loss, no battery drop. This matches Jordan's usual Tuesday pattern.

Questions, answered plainly

Do you ever sell location data? +

No. We don't sell, rent, or trade location data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. Your subscription is the entire business model.

Where exactly is my data stored? +

EU accounts are stored on infrastructure in the EU, and US accounts on infrastructure in the US, in line with GDPR and CCPA. We'll publish the specific providers and regions before launch.

Will the price go up after early access? +

Early access members keep €3/month for as long as they stay subscribed. The general price after launch may be higher, so this is the one way to lock in the lower rate.

How does the AI anomaly check actually work? +

Pilot Orca learns each family member's everyday patterns, typical places and typical movement, and flags moments that break the pattern. You can then ask Orca to explain any flagged moment, and it walks back through that device's own location, motion, and timing signals to answer.

When can I actually start using it? +

Pilot Orca is in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist gets you an email the moment the iOS and Android apps are ready, plus the founding €3/month rate.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes, with no retention calls or hidden steps. Cancelling stops billing and schedules your data for deletion.
